It's official! We can now do mortgages in Hawaii, WOOHOOOO! It only took us about a year to get. This process just proves that Hawaii time is still going strong. Now we have to figure out how to market it. Nathan, if you know of anyone, let me know.
Up next is Oregon. We're half way done with the licensing procedure there. After that, we'll try to tackle California. It's the toughest to get since I'll have to get my CA real estate license first.
